Quick lesson from the recent team selections on the Biggest Loser

I am not a regular viewer of the Biggest Loser because some of the things they do on the show upsets me when it comes to safety. 1. Look out for yourself! There is not a person out there better than you to look out for your well being.

2. When your back is put up against the wall, fight your way out to reach your goal. Don’t let others influence your mindset with negative comments about what you are doing for your health.

3. To achieve optimal results within your training regimen, your focus must be on improving overall health, body composition, and performance, NOT weight loss!
